Many people create new year resolutions or decide upon a word or a theme for themselves for the year ahead. I’ve never done this before but I have decided upon a motto for myself in 2021. It’s two simple words. Give Grace.
Take each word by itself. Give. What a beautiful word. Just the word itself brings peace. Saying the word makes me feel good all over. Give. One simple word encompasses everything that is good and excludes everything unwanted. Hours of sermons and pages of books can be wrapped up into one simple word. Give.
Grace. What a beautiful word. What visions come to you when you think of this word? How does saying this word make you feel? If I am wrong about Give being an all-encompassing word, then Grace certainly fills in any void spaces.
Give. Grace. Two independently beautiful words. Put them together and you have magic.
