You have added an extra dose of kindness to your life and you are doing the best you can to love the people around you. But, you are still experiencing a lack of peace in your life, in your heart? That’s because you haven’t walked the bridge.
In terms of Love and Let, you are standing at love and can’t get to let. You are still worried about things you cannot control, despite desperately wanting to. Anxiety, fear, worry still rule the day. How do you get to a place where anxiety melts away and you feel at ease, even when storms are pounding down on your house?
Walk the bridge.
You have to trust in love, in God, in kindness, in honesty, in authenticity, in all things good. But trusting in something you cannot necessarily see or touch is difficult; is scary. You have to be embrace your vulnerability, and engage your fear. Punch it in the face, don’t let it keep you from stepping out on to the bridge called trust and over the canyon.
““If there’s not something in your life that pushes you to the point where the pee is running down your leg, then you ain’t living big enough,” – Lyanla Vazant

Feel the breeze on the back of your neck and let it push you forward. Everybody has a breeze, but many people are ignoring it, and many others are afraid of it. Your breeze is that little voice, that quiet knowing inside of yourself that wants to push you towards being a better and more authentic you. But the bridge is tall, scary, and not easy to walk across.
Another way to imagine the bridge is where you are now in your life versus where you want to be. Not from a materialistic or power/position standpoint but instead from a personal development perspective. Maybe it’s a relationship that you are wanting to mend. The bridge is the same. It’s trust and faith. I encourage you to feel the breeze behind you and to step without looking down.
You can release you worries. You can get to a place of acceptance of outcome. You can walk the bridge.
