Tao Te Ching is a Chinese spiritual text thought be written about 2500 years ago. It is revered across the world as one of the most enlightened texts ever written. For his book

Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life, author Dr. Wayne Dyer studied many translations and interpretations of this text. He presented his understanding of it in the aforementioned book.

From Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life by Dr. Wayne Dyer – I found verse 55 to be particularly relevant to Love and Let. Dr. Dyer titled this chapter 55 “Living by Letting Go“.
Ch. 55 Living By Letting Go* – Perhaps you have observed people that get all the breaks, appearing to be impervious to the onslaughts that wreak havoc in many lives. The Tao Te Ching invites you to realize that what you call luck isn’t something that randomly happens – it’s yours for life when you decide to live by letting go. You attract the cooperative power of God when you release the need for control in your life.
Let go and exist in harmony with God. Try allowing life’s natural rhythm to flow unimpeded through you. Living by letting go means releasing worry, stress, and fear. When you promote your sense of well-being in the face of what appears as danger to others, your alignment with God frees you from pushing yourself to act in a forceful manner. The Tao Te Ching reminds us ‘Things in harmony with God remain; things that are forced grow for awhile, but then wither away’.*
Live within the flow of God. Peace will replace stress, harmony will replace effort, acceptance will replace interference and force and good luck will replace fear.

The Bible touches on this wisdom as well in Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.
Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.
Psalms 37:5
Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act.
I am often asked advice on how to LET GO. If you have faith in love then you have no reason to hold on to anything. You can trust that all will be we well in the end. There is much peace in knowing that everything happened in the past for a reason; everything is as is should be now; and everything will happen in the future all according to God’s perfect will.
